Orb not working windows 7

The orb is there but if you click it, nothing happens. When you hover over it with your mouse it highlights like normally.

This only happens in my main profile, an administrator profile. It seems to work fine in a temp profile I created. Windows search service is running and searching within a folder works fine, just the main search from the orb is borked.
